Dr. Hyatt brings decades of medical experience, leadership, and service to every patient he cares for. He is a physician, aviator, and retired United States Air Force Colonel who earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2003 after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology at Southern Utah University.Dr. Hyatt brings decades of medical experience, leadership, and service to every patient he cares for. He is a physician, aviator, and retired United States Air Force Colonel who earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2003 after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology at Southern Utah University.
Over the past 18 years, Dr. Hyatt has practiced emergency medicine while also becoming
board-certified in both Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy. He also serves as an FAA Aviation Medical Examiner with extensive Federal Aviation Administration certifications, allowing him to provide specialized aviation medical services alongside comprehensive primary care.
